Chez Daniel, está considerado uno de los mejores restaurantes franceses de Puerto Rico. Chez Daniel (que en francés significa la casa de Daniel) ha recibido tenedor de Plata en varios años y muchos otros reconocimientos y honores gastronómicos. Ha sido además premiado consecuentemente por el Certamen del Buen Comer de El Nuevo Día.
Chez Daniel es un restaurante cálido, con esa elegante sencillez que caracteriza un típico restaurant francés. Está localizado en la casa club del Palmas Athletic Club con una vista preciosa a los campos de golf de Palmas del Mar.
De su menú se destaca Cassoulet (cazuela) de habas y confit de pato (cocido en su propia grasa) y chorizo en su salsa. El ossobucco, es también muy solicitado al igual que la emblemática sopa de cebolla y el Bouillabaisse. Y si tiene la suerte de visitarlo en época de langostas, puede escoger su langosta viva y pedirle que se la cocinen de acuerdo a su preferencia. Difícil conseguirla mejor!
En los postres no deje de probar la tarta de manzana con helado de vainilla, hecha al momento y naturalmente el mousse de chocolate y las Crêpe Suzette.
Chez Daniel cuenta además con una gran selección de vinos de todas partes del mundo, incluyendo naturalmente, una gran selección francesa. C’est vraiment magnifique!

Chez Daniel is a warm restaurant with that elegant simplicity characteristic of a typical French eatery. It is located in the clubhouse of the Palmas Athletic Club, offering a beautiful view of the golf courses at Palmas del Mar.
The menu highlights include Cassoulet—a bean casserole with duck confit (cooked in its own fat) and chorizo in its sauce. The ossobuco is also highly requested, as well as the emblematic French onion soup and Bouillabaisse. If you’re lucky enough to visit during lobster season, you can select your live lobster and have it prepared according to your preference. It’s hard to find it done better!
For dessert, don’t miss the apple tart with vanilla ice cream, made fresh to order, or the classic chocolate mousse and Crêpe Suzette.
Chez Daniel also offers an extensive wine selection from all over the world, including a notable variety of French wines. C’est vraiment magnifique!
